Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING

 

We process your order within 24-48 hours under standard preparation conditions.

 

Orders have a delivery time of between 15 and 30 business days under standard shipping conditions.

 

On rare occasions, an order may take longer than usual, taking up to 40 business days for delivery.

 

The customer is responsible for providing the correct order information (name, email, and shipping address). If you receive your purchase confirmation with incomplete and/or incorrect information, please contact service@deage.site immediately, providing your Confirmed Order Number and the correct delivery information. If your order has been prepared and no response is received, and as a result, the package cannot be delivered and is returned by the logistics office, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs and will not have the right to cancel the product. The package reshipping fee is 139.79 MXN, and you will not be entitled to cancel your order.

 

Customer Service will respond to your inquiries with an estimated response time of 24 to 72 hours (in regular situations). Cases referred to other areas or dependent on information from the carrier will have an estimated response time of 5 to 7 business days.

 

The shipping company's policies are not applicable to our company. Once your package has been received by the courier, its requirements must be met. We are not responsible for any omissions or errors on the part of the delivery personnel. Any delivery delays already made by the company should be discussed directly with the responsible company.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

- FREE Standard Shipping. This rate, as its name indicates, is completely free, with no additional costs or surprises.

 

- INSURED PRIORITY Shipping. This rate includes the Tracking Code and delivery is guaranteed*

 

* We are responsible for ensuring that your order arrives at the address provided, and it is insured throughout the entire process from shipment to delivery. This guarantee does not cover the return of your package to the sender if the sender has not been able to locate the address, the address is incorrect, and/or the recipient is unknown at the address provided. Any unforeseen event affecting the delivery of the package that may have occurred due to an error or omission by the customer will be fully exempt from coverage by this delivery guarantee.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

We process your order within 24-48 hours. Upon purchase, we receive the contact information you provide, including your email address and phone number. If any of these details were entered incorrectly or incompletely, you may not receive our purchase confirmation. Occasionally, this confirmation ends up in your spam or junk mail folder; If you have reviewed it, provided us with your correct information, and still have not received this information, please do not hesitate to contact us at service@deage.site.

 

MODIFICATIONS

 

The purchasing process involves more than three stages of product and purchase information confirmation. Therefore, once these steps are verified, there should be no errors. In the event of a mistake in the color/size or model, you must notify us as soon as possible so we can process the change while it is being prepared at service@deage.site. (Modifications cannot be guaranteed for orders processed more than 12 hours after purchase).

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Verification of all the information provided on our website and the purchase there guarantees confirmation of our terms, prices, and features. Therefore, it will not be possible to cancel your purchase once it has been made.

 

RETURNS

 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make an exchange or return. The 14-day period for returning a product begins on the day it is received.

 

To begin the return process, you must write to us at service@deage.site with your purchase information, the reason for the return, and attach photographs that demonstrate the condition of your product.

 

To process the return, our team will provide you with the return shipping address. Under no circumstances should you return the order without knowing the address we will provide. The sender address shown on the order receipt does not correspond to our facility address. If you return the order without providing the address, our company will not be responsible in these cases and will not be able to provide a refund.

 

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange and/or return.

 

Returns must be sent in the same condition as received, including the original packaging and the order number.

If items are received in poor condition, a refund will not be issued.

 

Once quality control has passed, we will refund the amount of the returned item. This way, in the case of exchanges, you can order the desired product.

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for bikinis or swimsuits due to hygiene reasons.

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for promotional items or items purchased on sale.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to reject all returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

If you receive an incorrect order or a defective product, we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address, indicating the error or defect, along with your personal information: service@deage.site

 

If you have received an incorrect order and do not notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we will not be able to accept a return.

 

Our policy lasts 70 days. If you have not received your order within 70 days of purchase, you must contact us to request a refund.

 

CUSTOMS

 

is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties, or customs fees applied to shipping.

 

We ship from the U.S., China, and other international countries; therefore, in many cases, delivery times will depend on each country's customs office.

Customs times are not related to our store's delivery times. Therefore, any delays on the part of this entity do not constitute grounds for return or cancellation of the order.

 

Our products come from China; any design used is registered, and any resemblance to another brand is purely coincidental.

 

We do not sell any brand names, and we do not include any logos on our products.
