Refund Policy

If your refund has been approved by our returns department, we promise to refund your item(s) as soon as possible.

Your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, counting from the day we receive the returned items at the warehouse and verify that they comply with our Return Policy.

The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s); shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
